Basilicata IGT - White Wine

From Malvasia and Moscato white grapes from vineyards grown on volcanic soils on the slopes of Mount Vulture, in the lands venosino agro-foot trefoil.

Straw yellow load, in nose stands out for a plot of great intensity and complexity. Balsamic notes introduce citrus, Mediterranean, plaster scents before a slightly floral flower broth. In the mouth it is dry, fresh and characterized by a beautiful acid shoulder. It is a taste of some warmth, but certainly well-balanced, of great harmony and of great persistence.

Fish and soft-cheese cheeses or possibly vegetarian appetizers, like a scrambled vegetables.
