Zimberno

Aglianico del Vulture DOC - Red Wine

Zimberno is an Aglianico del Vulture with Controlled Denomination of Origin. The 70% is only steel while the rest in oak barrels. A lively and youthful color speaks of a strong wine. It has an intense nose and rich.

Part immediately with blood and hints of undergrowth. It follows with fresh herbs of the field and the tobacco leaf and then off of classic spices and cherry. It explodes in a really good taste, made of great freshness, flavor, minerality, the rich feel and smooth tannins but definitely present. An impetuous style: precise wine that goes straight like a train. In addition to the notes, which are true today but disproved tomorrow, it strikes the material, land, loyalty and lucidity.

About 30,000 bottles produced from limestone, clay and volcanic magmoso, steel vinification and aging by a few percent in oak barrels. It goes well with cheese, roasted dishes.
